Phila Aspects of Time in Healing

The Ancient Greeks had two words for time, as described by Dr. Jean Bolen, a Jungian psychiatrist, in her book Crossing to Avalon. Kronos is linear time, as measured by clocks, calendars, and date books. Kairos is time when consciousness shifts and time seems to stand still or expand.
